Fancy, dinner coat in black and White

Balmain inspired Black and White fancy dinner cropped coat. It’s has embroidered detail and gold details on it. Very expensive looking coat for only $15. It doesn’t have size tags in it but judging by the measurements this is a S/M crop coat. It also has a Saks Fifth Avenue label on it but I’m not sure if that is legit. It could be judging by the beauty and construction of the coat. Length(top to hem): 21” Width (armpit to armpit): 18”
