This is a beautiful, formal, pleated dress that is made of silk like material and the material is very good quality and not thin. It has a very subtle shine to it and looks very expensive. It has only been worn once. It also has a beautiful bow tie at the back! It has only been worn one time. It says it is a size 3, but I am a size 4 in regular dresses and it fits me perfectly.
