Fancyqube navy and white polka dotted ruffle dress

BNWT never been washed or worn Fancyqube navy blue and white polka dotted ruffle asymmetrical long sleeved dress. The front has a lower cut and the bottom has a slit in the front with ruffles lining both the top and bottom. The waist is cinched, allowing it to fit multiple sizes (XS, S, or M).. The back has ruffles at the bottom. The dress is absolutely beautiful, it was purchased at a small boutique in Austin TX (black bralette in my photos not included). Last photos are accurate.
