Fantastic Red & Black Scuba Dress

This red and black patterned dress is a definite eye catching knockout! Scuba fit with lots of stretch, box pleats and exposed gold zipper. It is marked a 14 but this style seems to run big, it would also fit a 16. A vintage feel with a modern twist. NWOT. In perfect condition.
