Fantastic Vintage 1980s 80s Laurel Navy and Tan Polka Dot Skirt and Top Set

I love this set! Wear them together for a dress look, and also wear them separately with other things in your closet to make countless outfits! The polka dot fabric is just so cute! The background fabric is a dark navy, the dots are NOT white, they are tan. Top: Sheer unlined fabric Drop shoulder Oversized boxy/loose fit No shoulder pads Round neckline 2 3/4” notch at waist Skirt: Pleating all around that gathers into fitted yoke Fitted at waist Loops for hanging on the hanger Partial back zipper with hidden button and ribbon loop inside Lined in gunmetal gray fabric Tags say: Laurel made in Italy (top), made in W. Germany (skirt). Size 36 (top) and 38 (skirt). 100% rayon. Do not wash, do not bleach, cool iron, dry cleanable. Skirt is in excellent vintage condition showing little evidence of wear. There is a small pull on top of the left shoulder/arm (see last photo). It isn’t very obvious, but if you look carefully, it is visible. Top is unlined and very sheer so you will probably want to wear an underpinning of some sort. Measurements are taken with garments lying flat, doubled as appropriate. Measurements are of garment itself, so please be sure to leave room for your body and movement as fabric is NOT stretchy!
