Fantastic dress

This is absolutely gorgeous. Classy. Elegant. Button down dress. This dress was worn once...I wanted a shorter dress...so, not the best with scissors, I tried to cut...You can tell from the photos that I was not successful in cutting in order. Dress is (sold as is). Will need the touch of a seamstress to make it right...or, a do it yourself project...Ties in the front...
