Farah vintage dress pants

Purchased these at a local upscale vintage clothing boutique. They were in the women’s section. However, I can’t tell if these are a men’s or women’s. They did not fit me but absolutely beautiful and I’m sad. I thought the black label meant Men’s but I am not sure. measurements are in the pictures. I would say in a women’s size they fit like a size 4. again, please review measurements to ensure proper size. There is no label on material or size.
