Brand new without tags! I pulled the tags off to wear it and ended up never wearing it so it’s just sat in my closet. Really beautiful fine lacy crochet detail. Can tie around your neck to be more secure or tie it to be strapless. I bought it when I was preggo so I could have something to wear when I was or wasn’t pregnant bc it’s soft and has some stretch to it. I’m 5’5” and it hits on my lower shin area.
