@missjoyscloset laying flat it’s about 14.5” at the bust (though hard to measure due to the decorative extra fabric), about 14” at the empire waist, free flowing at the natural waist. Length is about 48” from the beginning of the strap to hem. It’s a great dress! Just a solid size too small for me (I’m 5’5”, 145 lbs, 34DD and the side wouldn’t zip at the bust).
