Cult brand Farm Rio! This is a short & puffed sleeve multi-layer dress with tons of right colors and black and tan floral prints. It's sun-soaked dressing! Incredibly fashion forward, flatting, and vintaged-inspired. I've worn it less than 10 times, sometimes with a ballet flat or a high heel, or many times with a strappy sandal for nights on the beach.
