ktsands @laurentags0101 hello! Laying the dress flat the waist is 15 inches across. The bust is hard to tell as the Medium is too big for me and this is off-the-rack, ready-to-wear. I would rely on your general Farm Rio or other boutique brand sizing as a reference point. I hope this helps!!

ktsands @ctaylorghale hi! You’re in the same boat as me. I originally purchased a small and medium to try both. I’m a little wider in the hips so the medium was best, but the small fit better up top. In the end, I found another Farm Rio pattern that I liked more. All that being said, I also have a NWT small available.
