Off the shoulder elastic scoop top. Beach cover up or dress up for chic vacation. Day to night. Note: see photos for sleeves. One sleeve has elastic at bottom and one does not. Purchased like this. I like it both ways but you would either add elastic to one sleeve or take the elastic out of one if you want it to flow. You decide! I love this.. I just didn’t wear it before end of summer and it needs a better home!
