This is a Farmasi gel black Kajal Eyeliner--NEVER USED and also new in box! Since I never use any eyeliner of any kind, I've decided to part with this hard-to-find item. I used to be a Farmasi girl awhile back, until they discontinued a lot of their AMAZING makeup products. This product has never been used and the lid was only opened once in order to take the picture.
