Fascinator Headpiece

Fascinator Headband. Gorgeous Headpiece. Would make a Beautiful Bridal Headpiece or could be worn at a Bridal Tea. Which is what I did. I can also see it being used for a Wedding Reception for the Bride. If loving this piece- it would be pretty for Church, or New Years as well. Now is made of Stiff almost Tulle- Like Material. Has a touch of Fathers. And Headband is very sturdy & secure. Purchased at Bloomingdales in New York.
