Fashion Brand Company Blue Comfy Corduroy Pants Size Medium M 8/10/12

Worn ~5 times and washed twice. Unfortunately there are already some threads coming loose where the pant pleats are stitched on the front near the waistband, as well as on the buttonhole. These are super comfy and soft, they look like structured pants but have a lot of stretch and give. I wear an 8-10 with 28” waist and 40” hips and they fit my hips and thighs with a lot of room. The elastic at the back waistband means these could easily fit a 12, maybe even 14 for a snugger fit.
