Fashion Bug Vintage Latin Inspired Blouse

This shirt is super cute and I wore it a bit in the mid to late 90s. It has some wear but is still in great shape. It is a bit sheer--it was sheer when I bought it, so it's not sheer from wear. I forgot it in the back of my closet and would keep it if I were not losing weight.
