Side front below cups is sheer. Front panel on either side of zip up enclosure is lined. Back is ruched for comfort. I didn't like how the top of the zipper was constructed so I have added a hook and eye for a more secure closure. Size Large. My manequin is a small so I have pulled in the back as you can see in the photo -- to show the general look of the garment. Just a guess, but I would say it would best first cup sizes B and C.
