Fashion Floral Embossed Buckle Suede & Fish Scale Belt with Stud Design

This beautiful belt had so much going on: - Floral belt buckle - Fish scale portion of is metal with a cool design - The blue part is suede ( or faux suede) and is stamped with studs It is just over 33” in length ( I took a picture, this is approximate) The buckle is approximately 3” There is some stretch to it at the fish scales Very unique I wish I knew the brand. If anyone knows, let me know!
