Fashion attitudes shoulder pad long sleeve button up purple shiny fabric size 18

The material of this top is very interesting it's lightweight and kind of shimmers but it's not glitter it's a shiny fabric. Measurements are shoulder down about 27 1/2 inches and armpit to armpit is about 24 inches. It does have a detail on the sleeve I will show that in the pictures it is sowed wrong in an area. And it does have shoulder pads as well. It's really hard to capture the color.
