Fashion is not a Luxury t-shirt Bitten S

So wish this fit me, but it is too small. Would say it is an XS/S. The cut of the tee is flattering and the bottom even kind of curls up some (tried to show in pic) it is soft, and in nice condition, and probably from the 90's. Color is a matte "faded" looking greyish black. Very cool shirt that has now become hard to find. MEASUREMENTS: from under arm to other is 15.5" and length is 22.5"
