So it’s 33 underarm to underarm? Is it stretchy 33 is more of a small than osfa? Please measure underarm to underarm in front of course than it is doubled

@nancikeller underarm to underarm is 15 1/2” doubled it is 31”. It is a one size fits all but a very small osfa. It can be blocked sine it is a hand knit sweater. Hope this helps
