Faux 2-piece blue and black Dress

NWT dress that looks like a 2-piece, but is 1 piece. It has a little hook closure on the front of the jacket. The accent is color is blue, not teal. I included the measurements from the manufacturer. Their size is XL, but this fits more like a 10-12, so I’m listing it as such to be safe. Smoke free home.
