The material is 90% polyester and 10% spandex but it fee like a super soft leather. The size listed is Medium but it is a US size small. Waist is 26 inches and bust is 31/32 inches when laid out on the table. Due to the ability to lace it tighter or looser you can probably add an inch or so either direction.
