These were worn only twice because they are too baggy in the thigh on me. The fabric is super soft and stretchy (polyurethane coating with a base of 97% Rayon 3% Spandex). They can be machine washed on cold and hung to dry. They are a true black, feature a flat front elastic high waist styling, and a double row stitched jean hem. Waist: 13 1/4” + Stretch (side to side when laid flat) Hip: 16 3/4” Upper Thigh: 9 3/8” Inseam: 26 1/2” Rise: 11 3/8” Ankle: 4 7/8” (side to side)
