Faux Leather Skater Skirt

This cute, black faux leather skater skirt can be worn out-on-the-town or as part of a costume. (I wore this once as part of a '90s themed costume.) The elastic waist is 14" across to 17" across (it's elastic so it's very stretchy and the skirt is very full) the length is 17 1/2". please let me know if you have any questions, all items in my closet come from a smoke-free home.
