Faux Leather Skirt T-Shirt Dress

Black faux leather skirt with attached white flowy t-shirt style top. Top has a double layer and skirt is stretchy and zips on the side. Never worn, only tried on, but has 2 small makeup marks (as pictured) that will easily come out in the wash.
