Faux Leather Tights

I have a brand new pair of faux leather tights that are a size Large. They are high waisted and it is 14 inches across. The inseam length is 28 inches long. They run small. I am a size 12 but they are tight on me. So I say they are a size 10. They have a stretch to them and there are reviews on Amazon that they are comfortable. Please let me know if you want to know more about them.
