Faux Suede upcycled handmade skirt

Purchased from an artist in Delaware. Such a magical psychedelic fringed little skirt. Lacing and fringe, embroidered hand patch on back, at the center of the patch there is an intentional hole. Would fit a M Preloved, small hole along a side seam.
