Faux Wrap Dress with Full Skirt

This beautiful faux wrap dress with full skirt is new and has never been worn, but doesn't come with tags. The royal blue color is absolutely gorgeous in person! The V-neck has a button closure. The belt is long and removable, as shown in the pictures. The material is heavier than it looks, which gives the skirt a beautiful, swingy drape. This is a small, but runs about two sizes large.
