Faux Wrap Skirt

John Roberts Skirt, Made in USA Label says 2 pc. set, there is only the skirt Size 10 100% Polyester, Dry Clean only (When I worked, I invested in a "Dry Cleaner at Home" kit, I kid you not that was the name of it - basically you get a bag that goes in the dryer with dry cleaning chemicals you put in the dryer following the instructions, basically all that dry cleaning does is freshen your clothes, because if it has a spot they charge you extra for spot cleaning) Black background, large cream colored flowers. Has a semi sheer panel that crosses over in the front, and ties (on the left) with cords made of the same floral fabric as the top layer of the skirt. The underlying fabric is black, the back is the floral patterned fabric layered on top of the black fabric. Flat front, elasticized in back. Measures 14" inches across, measured lying flat Stretched it measures it measures about 18" inches across 34 inches from top to bottom
