what are measurements and how is fit? can you wear a sweater underneath or is it a slimmer fit/arms?

@mishki7 Good morning,
It’s not a slim fit in the arm’s, very loose and comfortable. With that said a lightweight sweater like a cashmere would definitely work. I can measure the arms for you but I’m away from my home for the weekend on a ski trip. I can send Sunday when I return if you’d like.
