Faux leather fringe western style skirt

Signs of where include a little bit of rubbing off on the waist band. Please see the last picture. Snaps up the front. Size tag and fabric tag have been removed. Laying flat the waist is measuring 13 inches. The skirt is approximately 19 inches long. It is not stretchy.
