Faux leather ruffle mini skirt

Pretty and feminine vegan leather mini skirt, in great condition! Has a raw assymetrical hem, which is shorter in the front, and hidden side zipper. Fabric has just a little bit of stretch. Waist measures about 12.75 in across Length is 13in in front, 15in back XS, fits like a size 00-0. For reference I'm currently a size 2/26, 36in hip, and this does not fit.
