Faux pants skirt

This confused me at first glance, but it's a draped skirt that give a pants like illusion on. A great punk or funky way to style yourself. Perfect for the spring, it'll fly behind you as you bring some rich color everywhere you go. There is some fraying on the elastic band although it's never been worn out, I bought the wrong size and didn't know until I tried to wear it out. Please ask me anything you want to know!
