Dress is brand new with tags and never been worn Bought from Irene’s Story for $36 - periwinkle blue with white striped pattern - faux wrap with hidden shorts - high-low opening in front - pictured in posting- on one side of the dress, a belt loop has come unraveled but if you can sew then it would be a super quick fix!
