georgialawgirl @ graciecatmom- I'm so sorry, I only just saw your questions! This is 96% polyester and 4% spandex. It's a comfortable material, not suffocating. There is a waist to it. It's faux wrap, so you don't have to use the belt to define it, but it's there if you want to. Thanks for your questions and if there's anything else you like in my closet, I'd be happy to bundle.
