Feather Bracelet

I bought it at Buckle, the brand is called Quinn & Copper. It can be adjusted by bending it tighter and pulling it looser but it measures 2-1/2in. in diameter. It has a vintage tarnished look to it and the feather is engraved into the metal. It's in good condition, I've only used it a few times.
