Feather Print Tunic or Mini Dress

It has no size tags, but it does have some very high belt loops which suggests that maybe it was supposed to be a girl's dress, but I'm not sure. They should be easy to snip off! It's too short for me to wear in real life as a dress at 5 ft 3, but over leggings or skinny jeans it would be no problem! Slinky and soft, it's a nice quality fabric with a little wash wear that will hardly show on such a busy print. I uploaded one close up photo in bright light.
