Feathered Light Blue Shortie

I have reduced the price from $65 to $30! Save big on Homecoming dresses! Fun feathery skirt is super poofy. Stiff netting underneath can be cut out, if you don't want it this poofy. Dress does zip up but the dressform is too big. It is tagged a Size 4, buy it is cut small. Closer to a Size 2. Measures: Bust 32.5 Waist 25" It has never been worn, still has the designer hang tags and has been hanging, bagged.
