(Sz Small/Medium) Ultra soft nylon tulle skirt; cotton blend, lined stretch bodice and petticoat is very comfortable and easy to wear. It can be worn as a simple A-line or the net skirt can be hand fluffed for a very full dramatic skirt. Very flattering! Very comfortable! Dress is size small but fits me, and I am 5’5” and 136 lbs. Only worn once, for a few hours at a company Christmas party.

How many tulle is it and also does it have a petticoat? Thanks.

This dress has a light layer of nylon tulle on top, with the flower clusters. Under the top layer is lined by a single layer of cotton jersey starting at the hips of the skirt, then the built in crinoline petticoat is attached , starting in a single layer with multiple ruffles that are quite stiff and very full. This makes the bulk of the fullness below the hips for a more flattering silhouette. By the way, it also makes it more comfortable to wear because of the soft lining at the top.
