Felicity Collection: Colonial red, yellow and lace

Felicity's Colonial high tea dress and straw hat. This dress is made of red silk bodice and over skirt and gathered in the back. The petticoat is quilted yellow fabric with pink, white and red roses. The dress is trimmed with a layer of lace fabric between the red and yellow skirt and on the sleeves and fichu. The dress is decorated with cream ribbon and beaded flowers. I also have included a straw hat that ties under the pony tail with cream ribbon and decorated with bows and beaded flowers. D
