Felicity & Coco Cobalt Blue Short Sleeved Shift Dress. Nordstrom. Like new, Perfect Condition XS; I usually wear a small and this fits me. XS makes it a bit less of a baggy fit. Is not tight. This would look amazing with a pair of heels. An amazing closet basic, or dress it up for a wedding or work! Not too short.
