Has anyone received this email before? I received it when I purchased an LV bag last month. I responded requesting the authorization form but hours after, the buyer canceled my order so I just disregarded the email. I had a gut feeling it was a scam or phishing email and the buyer may even have been a scammer. Anyway. Since then I have not been able to make purchases. I contacted Support and I received the same email for personal info. Did my account get hacked??? I don't trust Support.

@xsk717 I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. You should try messaging Posh again, you might get a different answer this time.

@kristta12kristy hi, thanks for your reply. I sent them an email when it initially happened but never got a response. I find it strange that I got the same email again especially since that order it was originally about has already been canceled. I looked up the Q&A section in Posh and it did state that Posh would never email asking for additional personal info. Im thinking I should delete my account and even my email 😔

@xsk717 that's very odd! I've never received any email like that. You should find out prior to deleting you Posh acct. I don't know if you can open another acct (using the same info).

@kristta12kristy you're right, but at this point I don't know who to contact since I usually go through the app and still get the weird email. Any suggestions?

@xsk717 I don't think there is any other way than messaging them thru the app. They don't have live customer service. They alway respond, it just take them awhile to reply back. Sorry, I wish I can give you a better suggestions. Unfortunately, they don't have phone number to call either. :(

I've never seen anything like this. It looks extremely suspicious. I would immediately delete all of your personal information...credit card, address, etc. from the POSH app. Email POSH again with a SUBJECT "URGENT" since you are probably not the only person who may be experiencing this. I would also delete the app from your device & reload it. Were you able to ask the seller why they cancelled ?

@janimack7 hi, thank you for your input. I have deleted all my personal info off this app and sadly, will discontinue selling/buying here. I did ask the seller why she cancelled my order and was given the reply that she decided to gift the bag to her sister. Hmm.
