This RARE Vintage Feltman Brothers baby girl's sleeveless dress is PRECIOUS! The sweet blue smocked dress has unique details which haven't been seen in decades. The round neck and arm openings are trimmed in a delicate French lace. The upper bodice is fully smocked and has pink rosebuds with green leaves embroidered in a V pattern within the smocking.
