The Peter Pan collar is trimmed in a sweet delicate French Lace. White floral stems are hand embroidered on each side of the collar. The short puff sleeves gather with elastic and have the same lace border. Just beneath the collar is an oval lace insert which has matching floral detailed embroidery in the center. Embroidered white dots adorn the outside of the lace insert and a cascading floral sway adorns the center just beneath the lace insert.
