This New Feltman Brothers White Bishop Dress is size 24 Months is pure angelic! This particular embroidery design with sleeve combination is no longer produced, making it a rare find! This little Bishop dress has just the right detailing. The smocked neckline is adorned with pink feather stitching. A tight weave lattice design is done atop the smocking in white embroidery. Embroidered pink bullion rose buds in the shape of 3 bows sits at the lower border of the smocking. A two-toned pink embroidery border joins the smocking to the gathers of the dress. The short puff sleeves are banded and feature matching pink feather stitching. Upper button back.
