Feminine ‘40’s style day dress

Prettiest blue chiffon dress, perfect for a walk in the park! Fluttery sleeves, ruching at the shoulders, black buttons down the front and two at the base of the neck, fully lined. The belt was an add on and hand stitched, just needs a quick fix as shown in photo, or add one of your own! Minor pull in between two of the front buttons, but not that noticeable.
