What is behind the cork? If it’s peeled out the rest of the way to make it look usable and clean inside? Do you know if it’s just the backside of the exterior embroidered canvas or a layer of something else or backing? (If you can see in the areas it already came

@theluxrewind there’s a waxy backing to the cork and the zucca print is behind. It’s a book/shopping tote. Can be folded for easy storage.

@theluxrewind I considered having a cobbler/handbag specialist put a dark brown cloth lining inside. The cork isn’t badly peeled by any means. It Is the original lining of the bag
