@jojos_attic thank you for letting me know! Can you please post a picture of the interior serial number? Should be printed on the interior of the inner pocket

@peytonj97 I looked and can't find one, maybe they didn't have serial numbers in 2000? I know I purchased it from the store myself. weird!

@jojos_attic could you post a photo of the underside of the front buckle hardware?

I’m pretty certain this is not authentic based just on the magnetic snap closure & the front flap leather stitching, the magnetic snap should be plain (on round style snaps) not generic branding or numbers as this has. & square magnetic closures will have only Fendi stamped into the bottom one

@theluxrewind you're wrong, I purchased this from Neiman Marcus, which was a very end luxury store,
myself. If you look at other similar Era Fendi baguettes they have the same hardware. Please educate yourself before you make such comments.

@jojos_attic dear you didn’t have all the photos k asked for earlier so I said only based of a blurry single photo of the snap (I professionally authenticate vintage Fendi so I am educated)

@jojos_attic what does the magnet round snap on the flap say? It’s too blurry

@jojos_attic they also have had serial numbers in the 80s dear, the difference is the method it’s added. Pre 2000s they were directly printed in metallic ink on inside of pocket directly. After 2004 they started embossing it into a leather tag along with adding the hologram tag. In 2008 they started adding RFID tags. Hope this is helpful :)

@jojos_attic could you also check the underside of the pockets zipper for the FF engraving. You can get a peak at it by sort of turning the zipper area inside out a little to see the flat head side of the zipper box :) thanks 😊

@theluxrewind I'm just going to take it into Fendi and have them look at it. I agree the magnetic clasp seems to be a replacement and I didn't replace anything and I bought it directly from the store so I'm confused about it.

@theluxrewind there's a pink version of this bag sold by @sarellascloset that has the same magnet clasp. I'll post the picture.

@jojos_attic search Fendi satin baguettes you’ll see what a standard round magnet looks like they have open holes in the structure around the nipple of it. Fendi never uses other brand hardware only self branded, so no ykk no lampo ect. Only FF (can you post a pic of yours?) it’s the zippers box/head the flat side inside pocket. That would be helpful also. ❤️ sorry for all this I just want to save us high the hassle preventing a return.

@theluxrewind yes I'm aware of the hardware. not sure why these baguettes were different but I'm going to get it authenticated by fendi. I'm not going to sell it until then.
