Fentanyl Awareness

My baby brother was only 25 yrs old when Fentanyl killed my brother. I am trying to get a Bill Passed, where everyone over 18yrs of age must have a narcan on them at all times. We need to start saving lives, not losing lives. Help me raise enough money to pass this bill. it's called, Austin's Bill. We are also raising money to help those in need of treatment but can't afford to go or have no insurance. I'm trying to get them into treatment. It is so heartbreaking that they can't get help when they need it the most. Any amount of money to be donated would be greatly appreciated.
